My second visit with two of my grandchildren..the first was about a month ago give or take a few days.After my first vist(new customer) someone there(stylist) gave me two FREE HAIRCUT OR MVP UPGRADE cards.Fast forward to today after getting their cuts I present the FREE HAIRCUT card but no it is not FREE since in very small letters it says for new customers.When I show stylist big FREE HAIRCUT she says no no in small letters it is for new customers and we give those out all the time.By the way she says...which stylist gave you these FREE HAIRCUT cards as if to say YOU LIAR TRYING TO GET A FREE HAICUT. The implication could not have been more clear. There WILL NOT be a third visit!

Went to Megan called system was down, but she was awesome. Attentive and cut exactly like I wanted. Will be back to her! MVP service . Thank You Megan!

First day back after weeks off I applaud the process that was established for this special time....online sign up, extra personnel at the door, friendly staff, and Laramie did a great job with the cut...keep up the good work Nick A
